I'm just finishing up a great tasting lean body lunch made of field greens mixed with roasted chicken breast, dried cherries, walnuts, egg, tomatoes, cucumber slices and tangerines. I am literally devouring this thing...
The funny part is I got this awesome salad from my local Super market! Just because a super markets are not known for health food it doesn't mean you can't find something healthy AND delicious.
So with that in mind, I wanted to share with you more of my 'secret' fat burning foods...
...why are they secret? Because they are pretty common foods that most people don't know also have great metabolism boosting properties.
OK, so here are these foods you should try adding to your meal plans each day for more lean body success:
