Diet to lose weight - followed a perfect diet yesterday. Breakfast was 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of crisp bacon and a cup of coffee with heavy cream and a packet of sugar substitute sweet n low. Lunch was 6 oz of chicken with 2 cups of spinach. Dinner was the left overs of my son's boneless chicken nuggets with hot sauce and my wife's oriental salad with chicken from applebees. I have lost 6.5 lbs over the past 2 days
